Her work as HR Director has been for organisations across the charitable sector including those involved with housing, education & social care. Neil has been working in the HR/Personnel field for over 35 years. His initial learning and experience was in Local Government (mainly Social Services). Then moving into the voluntary sector, he has ‘generalist’ HR experience in a range of large (including international), national and local small charities which provide a range of community services, plus some Housing Association and Government Agency experience. Georgina has worked in HR for 25 years in a variety of sectors incuding manufacturing, retail & third sector. She spent 7 years in the social care sector working closly with operational managers as a HR Business Partner which included attending appeals and tribunals. She has also worked as part of the senior management team in a manufacturing company which helped develop her leadership skills and commercial acumen. She is passionate about social care and helping managers deliver great care in this demanding and highly regulated sector. All of her work has been person and people skills focussed; training in the areas of assertiveness, time management, boundaries and team building. Donna is now a trained coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
