Before joining Pivotal HR Tricia worked extensively across the public sector at Director level for both Kent and Medway County Councils. Tricia’s professional experience provides her with an in-depth understanding of the workforce and leadership challenges facing the social care and education sectors. Tricia is an NLP qualified practitioner, an experienced project manager, specialising in leadership training and executive coaching. Tricia is committed to supporting social care managers and leaders in workforce matters, and raising employee potential through excellent HR management . Tricia believes that effective management of people is the cornerstone of high quality cost effective service delivery.

Donna Carty has over 15 years experience as a trainer, coach and manager. She has worked extensively in the public and voluntary sectors, having spent many years working in housing and social care. All of her work has been person and people skills focussed; training in the areas of assertiveness, time management, boundaries and team building. Donna is now a trained coach and NLP Master Practitioner.
Aisling Howley has more than 20 years experience in social care working at senior management level in operations, business development and training. Aisling is qualified to masters level in Psychology and has an MBA. Aisling is an experienced trainer specilaising in a variety of topics including mental health, domestic violence, safeguarding, time management, conflict management and working with challenging behaviour. Aisling is also a trained coach.
