Intended to heat water in calorifiers, flow heaters and water tanks.

Individual elements are fitted to special glands and can be replaced after the vessel has been drained and heater removed.

Specifications can be supplied suitable for heating various chemical solutions, including acid and caustic (sodium hydroxide) solutions. Please contact our technical department.

Range of loadings from 12 kW to 1000 kW, three phase.

Nicalloy 825 elements with watts densities less than 9 W/cm² (60 W/in²) offering improved corrosion resistance to very hard or aggressive waters. Reduced watts densities and alternative element materials such as titanium, copper, cupro-nickel can be supplied.

All standard models are fitted with a control thermostat and over-temperature, safety thermostat.

A choice of IP41 or IP65 terminal enclosures.

Standard flange specification is to BS EN 1092-1 (Replaces BS4504) PN6 or PN10, however, other flange specifications can be supplied, e.g. ANSI.
